Even with the television, the phone ringing, and people talking in the bar area, it’s quiet in the back where the dining room is.
Happy Hour at the Irish Cottage in Forest Hills where there’s a cozy charming dining space with a hallway between there and the bar. You hear a lot of laughter but it isn’t unexpected or anything. At this time no music in the dining space.
