A Note on Measurements
SoundPrint measures the approximate decibel level and is not a replacement for a professional sound level meter.
The dBA figures in the app and on this site are averages of every SoundCheck submitted for that place. Because they're historical, they're a reasonable guide to what a place is usually like — not a guarantee of what its sound level is or will be on any given night.
SoundPrint's goal is to work with louder venues, not against them.
