I've been going here for over 20 years and it is usually quite consistent, and pleasant.
It is quiet during the week and outside peak times. No overbearing music.
It gets Loud at peak times, particularly Sunday morning yum cha, but the sound is mostly from dinners talking and it is usually still possible to hear conversations at the smaller tables.
I am very sensitive to noise but can handle this restaurant for a great Sunday yum cha!
