Around 6pm on a Sunday night. I'm at the far southwestern corner, away from a family of 8 or 10 people at the far end of the outdoors area. There is guitar music playing inside from a CD at moderate volume. This corner faces a roundabout (rotary) and the preponderance of diesel-fuelled utes creates about the same level of noise as the small kids from the aforementioned family do. Having said all that, this is the quietest place I've seen in Mildura.
