My husband and I don’t like loud restaurants. However, we’ve found Back40 to be very easy to have a conversation at. They’ve put paneling on the ceilings and the times I’ve gone (usually around lunch on a weekend), we don’t have to yell or strain to be heard. However, I can’t say what it’s like at night or when there’s a game on.
