This sound check is actually for Wuyu restaurant, which is up the stairs from Ruby.
With beautiful white tablecloths and chairs, this place had only gentle traditional Chinese instrumental music playing in the background. There was enough space for sound to dissipate somewhat.
There were only 3 customers in a capacity for 40-50, so it may get noisier if more customers are present.
