A Very peaceful calming space to “lengthen and let go.” The decor is beautiful in energizing shades of teal and blue. Low level music in the background, and the therapist offered various selections to fit my preference. Dr. Kayla was very calming during my stretch appointment through her voice, gentle touch, and full knowledgeable explanation of the anatomy & the process. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and even a little bit taller. 😊 I bought a few gift cards afterwards, as I’ll definitely be returning.
