I have been to this shop many times and I have real doubts about this measurement, which was reportedly recorded in the morning. This is normally a VERY LOUD shop mostly because they have a juke box/sound system that blasts music all day in a small room with little sound buffer. All I can imagine is that the measurement was taken when the music was turned off. The other P&TY shop in NULU is the same: Loud music all day.
