On patio: speakers for music feel louder than indoors. Ceiling & electric fans.
On grass (picnic tables): quiet, right next to flower fields so some light cricket / bee sounds. Some tables are near the big AC boxes, but fairly quiet fan noise.
Kitchen: open
Coffee / espresso prep: open
Surfaces: concrete floor, padded booth back along one wall, textured wood, small ceiling sound bank to block some kitchen sounds.
Seating orientation: mixed, so you don’t have everyone’s voices flowing the same direction
