Visiting at 7.55am on a Tuesday morning. Despite having only 5 customers, the hard surfaces mean that every conversation can be heard. Open window to kitchen means that every cooking and coffee sound can too. Must be very loud when it’s busy.
Visiting at 8.15am on a Tuesday morning. Incredibly, by far the loudest noise here is from the background music. It's just upbeat pop, but despite it being only 15C outside at present I sat outside to avoid it. Some kitchen noise, but even though the surfaces outside here are relatively soft, that noise reading is from outside. It would peak above 70 inside, and would average near that if the place was full.
