Incredibly noisy, enclosed tiled space with harsh lighting angled in directions impossible to avoid glare from one pointed at your face. Metal chairs screech on tiled floor as people push them without lifting them. Whining high pitched sounds and fan noises. Cashiers taking payment are on a curve meaning they have to shout Hola every minute or so to alert the queuing customers that there is a cashier available to take payment. I’m pleased to have found a seat and table next to a charger so I could plug in my noise cancelling earphones. Flickering lights in nearby toilets are a seizure risk. They affected my balance and coordination. In a crowded space like an airport, it would be better to design spaces that minimise noise and increase comfort.
