The KLM lounge1 is probably the quietest place at Schiphol. Never crowded, and a quiet an relaxing atmosphere. I gladly pay the 40EUR admission to avoid the airport noise in longer stopovers. The relax area is all carpets and textile furniture, so very good acoustics.
