Below avg for a weekend brunch noise level! Coffee&food great. Why not allow your waitstaff to embed a 5% discount if the table speaks at low volume — but tell them when presenting the bill or even randomly!?
An extreme version is to have a SMALL noise meter showing decibels in the top right corner ceiling! Changing to red when it exceeds 80db!
