Music is just a little too loud throughout the entire hotel property. This sound measure is with only a handful of people in the room. There are some drapes so it’s not an echo chamber. I first noticed it in the driveway getting out of the car upon arrival. I have mentioned it three times, at front desk, in the bar, and again at breakfast. The response has constantly been “this is the volume setting specified by the GM”. This suggests to me that this is a frequent topic, and either the GM is hard of hearing, or on an ego trip.
