Visiting Shingle Inn at 9am Friday morning. Wife and self are only guests, with 2 staff present. Quiet enough to hear both their conversation in the kitchen around the corner and the buzzing noise of the fridges. No background music, thankfully.
I suspect that this place is far less quiet when busy due to hard surfaces everywhere, but it is sheltered from external noise within the ground floor of the Brisbane City Hall.
