The average may have been 70 db but the sound was routinely over 80 decibels. I would argue this place should (1) turn down the sound in all theaters and (2) the app should not use only averages to say what the overall sound is. A better assessment would be percentage of time > 79 db. It’s far too loud for all humans, but in particular at a movie for children!
