The place is busy, especially upstairs, while the lower level has the potential to be an oasis of peace were it not for the too loud broadcast of WKTU.
A carefully designed music playlist would transform this place for the better. Even though it is reasonably near quiet, the too loud pop music radio station cancels out the restorative quality that this place could easily have.
Bread & Butter Fifth Avenue basement seating area, was here two days ago, roughly the same time. Level started in high 70s today and dropped markedly when two loud talkers left over the course of two-minute measurement.
